The GI-PST is a non-profit and an autonomous organization that aims to achieve goals across several sectors. It seeks to tackle widespread issues crucial to Tigrai’s urgent recovery, rehabilitation, long-term social and economic growth, good governance, democratization, and political stability. To this end, GI-PST has developed a strategic plan and road map with a comprehensive long-term outlook to carry out its mission and mandate effectively. The fundamental emphasis of the three
-year strategy plan is three-pronged, focusing on the following spheres:
· Contribute towards the rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts of Tigray.
. Support the enhancement of democratic political culture and institutions that facilitate the expansion of the political space.
· Promote the improvement of governance capacity within the Tigray state and establish the foundation for
a merit-based and professionally oriented state.
